Red fusion-bonded epoxy (FBE) coating keeps excellent adhesion and rust resistant properties for mechanical pipe, grooved coupling and grooved fittings.
Obsolete manual brushing could not keep smooth surface and average film. We use closed automatic electrostatic spraying process, by which charged particles of paint powder stick to conductive pipe smoothly.
The salt spray test will last at least 48 hours after coating. And our painted film can be used to max heated surface of 90 degrees, with dry thickness 200-600um.
