Flanged end connection as ASME B16.5 Class 150 / Class 300

ASME B16.5 Class 150 / Class300 is to rule carbon steel pipe flange and fittings. In fire protection system, valves will connect with carbon steel flange fixing with bolts and sealing with gaskets, so we TPMC could also customize valve flange according to this standard from connection requirement aspect.

1. For flange diameter and thickness, they follow table II-8 of ASME B16.5 and are multiplied by 25.4 to get SI unit.
2. For flange facing, it is regularly furnished with 2 mm (0.06 in.) raised face.

Available size of Class 300

Compared with B16.5 Class 150, Class 300 flange will be bigger and thicker in order to bear bigger pressure.
