Aqueous film-forming foam concentrate (AFFF) is formulated with C6 based fluorinated surfactants, hydrocarbon surfactants and solvents, and it is environmentally safer. It produces a thin yet strong film on Hydrocarbon fuel surface, sealing the surface and preventing fuel vapor release.
