Universal structural attachment from TPMC is a specialized fitting for rigid seismic sway brace systems. It securely fastens one end of the sway brace assembly directly to the building structure—including concrete, wood, bar joists, or steel beams (via adapters). Its universal design supports both lateral and longitudinal bracing without requiring multiple part sizes.
Cone-point set screws with break-off heads provide visual torque verification. The baseplate can pivot and allow adjustment to proper brace angle, while the built-in angle gauge ensures quick and accurate brace member positioning.
UL Listed and FM Approved, this seismic sway brace component resists differential movement between sprinkler piping systems and the structure during seismic events or other dynamic building movements.
