Seismic oval swaging sleeve from TPMC is a critical component for non-rigid seismic sway brace systems. This sleeve features an oval cross-section that allows two cable segments to sit side by side, enabling secure loop termination.
Using a manual swaging tool, the sleeve is compressed—permanently deforming around the wire rope strands to create a high-strength mechanical lock that withstands tension forces during seismic events or other dynamic building movements.
