Oscillating mechanism (Oscillating flange kit) is used to transform a manual fire monitor into an oscillating fire monitor by inserting the mechanism at the bottom flange of manual fire monitor. The oscillating movement is generated through a pelton wheel driven by water power, no electric connection.
