IMC (Intermediate Metal Conduit) is a rigid, medium-walled, threaded raceway manufactured from electric resistance welded (ERW) steel. Serving as a balanced alternative to metallic conduit, it is 25 ~ 40% lighter than RMC and exhibits 20% higher crush resistance than EMT.
