Fire protection air compressor from TPMC is an essential component for maintaining supervisory air pressure in dry pipe and pre-action sprinkler systems.
It keeps piping charged with pressurized air (or nitrogen) to prevent freezing in cold environments, while also ensuring water does not enter the system until a sprinkler head activates. Engineered for fully automatic operation, our compressors reliably sustain the required air pressure, preserving system integrity and readiness at all times.
Available size
| System capacity (gal @ 40 psi) | Free air flow (CFM) | Motor | Tank size | Ref. No. |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 250 | 3.03 | 1/3 HP | 10 gal | V9201 (UL) |
| 500 | 6.06 | 3/4 HP | 10 gal | V9202 (UL) |
| 250 | 3.03 | 1/3 HP | / | V9203 (UL) |
Note:
1. System capacity is based on NFPA 13 guidelines, which require the air supply to restore normal supervisory pressure (40 psi) within 30 minutes.
2. Factory pressure switch settings: Base mounted Cut-in 80 psi / Cut-out 100 psi; Riser mounted Cut-in 30 psi / Cut-out 40 psi.
