Shielded fire alarm cable (FPLP) is a kind of cable with shielding around cabling which protects the wires inside from interference or electronic noise from nearby cables and wires.
Type FPLP power-limited fire alarm plenum cable is suitable for direct use in ducts, plenums, and other space used for environmental air. The cable has adequate fire-resistant and low smoke-producing characteristics.
