Rubber lined split pipe clamp (Rubber lined split ring hanger) from TPMC is a two-piece ring designed for the suspension of light duty, non-insulated stationary piping. It features a rubber lining that provides cushioning between the clamp and the pipe to prevent surface damage and reduce noise and vibration transmission. An integrated top nut accepts a threaded hanger rod, allowing installation close to ceilings for horizontal runs or close to walls for vertical runs.
UL Listed and FM Approved, this clamp is ideal for light duty applications in fire protection, HVAC, and mechanical systems requiring vibration isolation or surface protection.

1. Load ratings are calculated with a minimum safety factor of 5:1 and apply at normal ambient temperatures. Values are based on the lesser of hanger rod tensile strength and pipe clamp capacity. For critical applications, consult project engineering specifications.
2. Supplied as a complete set, including the clamp and 2 sets of bolts and nuts.
3. *For sizes 1/2″ to 6″, each clamp accommodates two different rod sizes. The asterisk (*) in the “Rod size” column indicates that the clamp can be used with either of the two listed rod sizes (e.g., for 1/2″ clamp, both 3/8″ and 5/16″ rods fit).
