Electromagnetic door holder from TPMC is designed for fire-rated egress doors and smoke barriers in commercial and large-scale buildings. It securely holds doors open under normal conditions and instantly releases the armature plate upon receiving a signal from a fire alarm or emergency system. This allows the door closer to automatically close the door, containing smoke and fire within the compartment of origin and preventing spread to adjacent areas.
UL Listed, the holder features fail-safe operation and is ideal for fire escape paths, hospitals, offices, and other high-occupancy environments.

Note: The holder is supplied with one of four armature plates as standard. Default is the adjustable square type (L60 × W60 × H56 mm). Optional types include: Morticed round type (OD92 × ID63 × H24~29 mm); Fixed square type (L60 × W60 × H25 mm); Extended square type (L60 × W60 × H94~103 mm).
