CPVC sprinkler head adapter (Spigot x FIPT) provides a transition between solvent-cemented piping and threaded sprinkler head. It features a spigot end for insertion into a mating socket fitting, creating a permanent, molecularly fused joint. The opposite end incorporates a brass insert with a female NPT/BSPT thread for a secure, demountable mechanical connection.
Made from chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC), it is inherently flame-retardant, corrosion-resistant, and lightweight.
